A little good info but the poor grammar makes it seem like a book written by someone who doesn't speak English as their first language. Made me crazy. A bit of proofreading and an editor would improve it a lot.

Excellent book! This book was surprisingly interesting, It is well written and has a great tone to it. I love Epsom salt and always use it in tub soaks so it was really fantastic to Lear about other uses. I have learned many uses of Epsom salt with the help of this book. Highly recommended.
