About the Author
Gilles Emery, a Dominican priest of the Swiss province of Preachers, is professor of dogmatic theology at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He is an elected member of the International Theological Commission and the author of several books, including The Trinitarian Theology of Saint Thomas Aquinas and Trinity, Church, and the Human Person. Matthew Levering, professor of theology at the University of Dayton, is author of several books, most recently Christ and the Catholic Priesthood, and coeditor of Thomas Aquinas's Commentary on the Gospel of John.

Thorough text on the nature of the Trinity. be prepared to give it some time, as this is not something you can skim. You also might want to review your Catechism so the fundamentals are clear in your mind.

Likely one of the better treatments on the Trinity: eminently readable and at a good depth (while keeping to a shorter length!)
This is a great introduction to the Trinity which we used in the seminary. It is not too heavy or technical, and doesn't presuppose any extensive philosophical background. I would recommend it for the beginner theologian.
Gilles Emery is a helpful guide in navigating the often misunderstood and misapplied doctrine of the Trinity. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in better understanding Unity in Trinity and Trinity in Unity.
An excellent book on the trinity from Gilles Emery. All Catholics should read this book to get a better understanding of who the Trinity is and what it signifies in our Catholic faith. Great buy.
